Darlene Leineweber is a 3rd generation journeywoman at IBEW Chicago Local 134 and the founder of Trade Women Chat, a Facebook community that is 4,300 members strong. She has a really interesting perspective on women in the trades, and she joins us today to dive into the challenges that tradeswomen face and the community they have built to overcome those challenges.
